How long it will take from order to delivery

Design time

We always send a draft design for your approval before we print (apart from bubbly labels).
Draft copy usually sent within 24-48 hours of your order being placed (busier times could take longer).

Once you approve your design we pass it to print and production so we are unable to make further changes once you have agreed your design.

* If you do not confirm your design within 48hours of us sending you a draft copy we will choose the design we feel is best and process your in order for you to receive your item in good time*

Tracked delivery

To ensure an efficient, speedy delivery we only post by tracked Royal Mail.

When your item is dispatched a tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with the order and text to the phone number (if given) .

As a general rule from order to delivery will take 1-2weeks depending on what item you have purchased and how busy we are.   If you have not received your item in good time please let us know.

If your order is for an event we need at-least 2 working days notice to rectify any issues caused by our delivery partners.
Please note we do not offer Saturday deliveries. *NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES*

We do not take liability or responsibility for any losses or costs of late delivery which are caused by our delivery partners.  These issues are out of our control.

Upgrade to speedy service

We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can but if you need your order in super quick time we will happily push your order right to the top of the queue.
